  • Review, interpret and supervise implementation of administrative laws, rules, circulars and directives.
  • Plan, prepare and conduct sensitization programmes to combat HIV/AIDS to the Agency
  • Coordinate recruitment, confirmation and development of staff
  • Coordinate and oversee staff for training according to policy and training programmes.
  • Supervise and advice on implementation of OPRAS and scrutinize OPRAS implementation reports.
  • To provide support services to the Agency in areas of administration, management of human resources, and estate management.
